Refund Policy
This page reproduces, word for word, Section 4 ("Purchases and payments") of the PixDeel Terms of Service. It is the policy that governs refunds, disputes, and chargebacks for purchases made on PixDeel.
Purchases and payments
Prices are shown before checkout and charged through our payment processor. Because digital media is delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. If a file is defective or you were charged in error, contact the photographer or us and we will work to make it right.
Purchases are transactions between you and the photographer. PixDeel is not required to intervene in a dispute between you and a photographer, but it may do so at its discretion, including by removing content or issuing a refund through the payment processor, and the remedy PixDeel applies is the platform's final decision on the matter. This does not limit any right you have under card-network chargeback rules, or any consumer right that cannot be limited or waived by contract.
